What is free
Every guide, official link, and self-service tool remains free. You can use any guide without signing in. If you want to save a route, enter an email and we will send a private return link. There is no password.

What is optional and paid
Some people would rather have help with the paperwork and follow-up than do it themselves. NewState Drive offers that as optional paid help, with no subscription. Nothing on the free pages depends on it, and each service page describes the work and shows the price.

You complete identity checks, signatures, account logins, payments, inspections, original-document transfers, and required visits. Government, lender, lessor, insurer, inspection, shipping, tax, postage, filing, and other provider charges are separate from NewState Drive service fees.
How the site makes money
The site is paid by the price of the optional NewState Drive services above and, in some cases, by a referral fee, commission, fixed placement fee, or other compensation from a third-party provider when you start or complete a transaction with it.
