It covers one personal vehicle moving between states without changing owners. We research the requirements, prepare requests and paperwork, handle permitted general follow-up, and check which receipts and confirmations you have for completed or unresolved steps.
What do I still have to do?
You complete identity checks, signatures, account logins, payments, inspections, original-document transfers, and required visits. Your private checklist shows when you need to act and when we will follow up.

No. NewState Drive is an independent administrative service, not a DMV, law firm, insurer, lender, or licensed title agency. You or a separately disclosed authorized provider completes official submissions and transactions tied to your identity.
Are government and third-party costs included?
No. The $69 or $89 amount is NewState Drive's service fee. Government, lender, lessor, insurer, inspection, shipping, tax, postage, filing, and other provider charges are separate.
Can I still use the route without paying?
Yes. Every guide, official link, and self-service tool remains free. Full Service is optional help with the paperwork and follow-up.
