NewState Drive is operated by Buddy Labs LLC. These terms apply to the public information service and any optional service ordered from NewState Drive.

Free route and optional services

NewState Drive provides its official-source route and Drive Passport without a subscription or access fee. Optional third-party providers and paid NewState Drive fulfillment services may appear when they fit the route. Government, insurer, lender, lessor, inspection, shipping, tax, and other third-party charges remain separate unless a checkout clearly includes them.

Informational use

NewState Drive is an independent information service. It is not a DMV, government agency, law firm, insurer, tax adviser, title agency, or authorized filing provider. Using the site does not create an attorney-client, agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship.

The site organizes source-linked information and self-service tools. Except for a paid fulfillment task expressly stated at checkout, it does not submit an application, sign or attest for you, access your agency or financial account, hold an original title, contest an agency finding, request a hearing, file an appeal, or guarantee an institution's decision.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming current deadlines and requirements with the linked agency and for maintaining lawful insurance, registration, licensing, inspection, and vehicle operation. You complete any step that requires identity, signature, authorization, login, payment, inspection, shipping, or physical presence unless an order expressly says otherwise.

Do not enter or send Social Security numbers, full VINs, driver license numbers, policy numbers, loan account numbers, payment-card data, original records, or identity documents unless the specific official or provider flow says the information is required and provides a secure channel for it.

Saved workspace access

A saved workspace uses a private email link as the access credential. Keep the link confidential. Anyone with the complete link may be able to open and update the workspace. Online access may change or end as the product evolves, so keep your own copies of important official receipts and records.

Third-party providers and compensation

NewState Drive may receive compensation when you choose and buy from certain third-party providers. Compensation does not change the official requirements, route order, or eligibility shown. Providers control their own applications, quotes, underwriting, prices, terms, privacy practices, availability, acceptance, and performance. Starting a provider's flow does not guarantee a quote, approval, saving, refund, or completed transaction.

A provider listing is not a government endorsement. Where a free government path exists, the site identifies it separately from any paid convenience option.

Direct fulfillment orders

When NewState Drive offers a paid mailing, packet, or proof service, the checkout states the exact scope, service fee, postage or carrier charge, expected handling time, cancellation terms, and refund terms. We perform only the listed administrative work. You remain responsible for the truth and completeness of the information supplied, required signatures, agency eligibility, and any action the order says you must complete.

Delivery tracking proves the carrier events reported for a mailing. It does not prove that an agency accepted a filing, approved a request, or decided a matter in your favor.

Provider marketplace

Marketplace providers are responsible for maintaining current business identity, authorization, service area, pricing, terms, and insurance information. NewState Drive may verify, decline, suspend, or remove a listing, but does not guarantee a provider's work or act as the provider's agent.

Accuracy and official sources

We work to keep sources and review dates visible, but laws, agency practices, forms, links, fees, and local requirements can change. County, vehicle, ownership, military, student, immigration, commercial, tax, salvage, inheritance, enforcement, and disputed-title facts may change the result. Linked agencies and providers control their own content and availability.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and generated self-service materials for your own lawful vehicle move. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, submit automated abuse, impersonate another person, scrape private workspaces, or use the service to mislead an agency or provider.

No warranty

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, NewState Drive disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and acceptance by any agency or third party. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update the tools and these terms as the product develops. Material changes to how the public resource or personal data are handled will be stated clearly in the applicable terms or policy.
