Update the address in the GLS Customer Portal, then ask the destination motor vehicle office which title documents or authorizations it requires for the interstate transfer.

Email the interstate title request to titles@glsllc.com. Global Lending Services publishes that address specifically for customers who moved and need its documents or authorizations.
- 03Plan for the handoff
Global Lending Services does not publish a state-transfer turnaround. Send the request before the destination deadline, keep the email record, and confirm the required documents were received.

A lender request is only useful if the new state can use it
Some states want an original title. Others accept a copy, lien letter, or registration-only path. Some require the local office to start the request. The builder checks the destination first.

- Should I enter my VIN or account number here?
