The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

  1. 01Start here

    Ask the destination motor vehicle office to prepare a letter requesting the documents it needs. Chase identifies Land Rover Financial Group as one of its financed-account brands.

  2. 02Use the approved channel

    Give the destination office Chase Auto's state-change fax, (937) 481-5324, or mailing address, PO Box 4420, Wilmington, OH 45177, so it can send the request directly.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Chase does not publish one nationwide state-change turnaround. Confirm the destination deadline and follow up with the office on both its request date and document receipt.
