Start with Mazda Financial Services's process

The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

    Update Mazda Financial Services with the new address and ask for the documents needed to register the vehicle in the destination state.

  2. 02Use the approved channel

    Call the Mazda Financial Services Customer Service Center at 866-693-2332 or submit the new address on the invoice remittance form. Mazda says it will provide the new-state registration documents.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Mazda Financial Services does not publish one nationwide turnaround time on this page. Start before the destination deadline and confirm the exact document set with the new-state office.
