Start with Southeast Toyota Finance's process

The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

  1. 01Start here

    Ask the destination motor vehicle office for a completed written request that identifies the documents needed for the state transfer. Update the account address before sending it.

  2. 02Use the approved channel

    You or the destination office can send the completed written request by fax to 314-702-4255, by mail to P.O. Box 991817, Mobile, AL 36691, or by secure message if you have a website account. SETF says it is not the lienholder for state transfers. For retail accounts the lienholder must be listed as World Omni Financial Corp, P.O. Box 9249, Mobile, AL 36691. For lease accounts the lienholder must be listed as AL Holding Corp, P.O. Box 91326, Mobile, AL 36691, and the owner as VT Inc. as Trustee World Omni LT, 6150 Omni Park Dr., Mobile, AL 36609.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Southeast Toyota Finance does not publish one nationwide turnaround on this page. Start before the destination deadline because the office request and the correct account-specific names must be ready first.
