One live lien-release case for a paid-off loan on one personal vehicle titled in one state. NewState Drive identifies the lien-release path for the titling state and the lender from official sources, prepares the lien-release or clear-title request and any state form for the customer to send and sign, tracks the lender and state responses, and checks that the title or state record shows the lien released. The customer steps in for account authentication, signatures, payments, or in-person visits, then the case returns to us.

Structured case updates plus lender and state coordination through one last check of the result, for up to 30 calendar days after the initial report is delivered.

What you do

  • Sign and send the lien-release or clear-title request and any state form we prepare.
  • Log in to your own accounts where a login is needed.
  • Pay any government, lender, shipping, or filing fees yourself. They are separate from our fee.
  • Go in person only if the lender or state requires it.

Not included

Lender or agency representation; title custody or holding originals; signing or filing forms; legal demands to the lender; legal, tax, or insurance advice; government, lender, shipping, or filing fees; and any guarantee of lien release, a clear title, or timing. Lenders that are out of business or merged, court orders, and bonded titles are not included; those cases are reviewed and quoted separately.

Refund

Cancel before work begins for a full NewState Drive fee refund. After work begins, any refund reflects the unperformed portion. If we miss the promised delivery date without an extension you accept, you may choose a full refund instead of late delivery. Government and third-party outcomes are not guaranteed.

We check fit before you pay. If we cannot offer help, no payment is due, and every guide and official link stays free.
