    Complete the destination registration

    Title and register the vehicle at an Arkansas state revenue office within 60 calendar days after becoming a resident.

    Close North Dakota

    After the destination registration is active, use NDDOT's motor vehicle Address Change System to update the old record. Save the confirmation with the new registration before treating the record handoff as finished.

  5. 05
    End or rewrite the old policy

    Confirm effective dates with both insurers after the old registration is safely closed.
