The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

    Update the Bridgecrest contact information first, then ask the destination title office whether it needs a title copy, original title, or another lienholder document for registration.

  2. 02Use the approved channel

    Carvana directs its financed customers to Bridgecrest at 800-967-8526 or customerservice@bridgecrest.com for an interstate title move. Bridgecrest can update the address, provide a title copy, and answer title-document questions.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Bridgecrest says it attempts to answer email within 24 to 48 hours and asks customers to allow up to seven days for contact-information updates. Title delivery can take longer.
