Paid off your Bridgecrest loan? Getting the lien release and title
Bridgecrest says it can take time to process your account payoff and title release, and it gives no timeline. For an update on your title release, Bridgecrest says to call its Customer Service. When you receive the signed-off title, Bridgecrest says to take it to your local DMV to receive a title in your name as soon as possible, and to refer to your DMV for specific guidelines.
Your state may set a deadline; see yours below.
How to ask Bridgecrest for the release or title
If nothing arrived, see the next step below.
Call Bridgecrest Customer Service at 800-967-8526 for an update on your title release. Bridgecrest also lists 602-831-0050 for texting an agent about your account.
If it never arrived: If you misplaced the signed-off title, Bridgecrest says it can provide a notarized lien release to give to your DMV; call Customer Service at 800-967-8526. If the DMV says the vehicle title is still not in your name when you try to register the car for the first time, Bridgecrest says to contact the dealership where you bought the vehicle.
Want it in writing? Build a free request letter for your records. It never asks for your VIN or loan number.
