Start with Cadillac Financial's process

The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

  1. 01Start here

    Update the Cadillac Financial account information, review the destination motor vehicle office's requirements, and use Cadillac Financial's Out-of-State Registration form for the move.

  2. 02Use the approved channel

    Download the Out-of-State Registration form linked in Cadillac Financial's FAQ answer for moving out of state. For MyAccount support, Cadillac Financial lists 1-877-2CF-LUXE (1-877-223-5893). Moves to Arizona, New York, or West Virginia also require its separate lienholder Relocation Request form.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Cadillac Financial does not publish one nationwide transfer time. Start before the destination deadline and track any separate lienholder-permission request through completion.
