The destination state controls registration and still decides what document it can use and where it must go. The lender handles the title it holds, and the two paths need to meet before the state can finish the transfer.

    Give the destination office Chase Auto's fax, (937) 481-5324, or mailing address, Chase Auto, PO Box 4420, Wilmington, OH 45177. The office uses either one to send Chase its letter requesting the documents.

  3. 03Plan for the handoff

    Confirm the destination deadline separately. Chase tells movers to ask the new state how long its process takes.
