    Bring the current out-of-state title to a vehicle licensing office. If a bank holds it, ask the office for its fax number so the bank can send a copy, and use the motorcycle body and use fields on the Washington title application.

  3. 3. Complete identification and inspection

    Washington has no recurring vehicle emission test. A normally titled road motorcycle does not use the modified-motorcycle inspection, but a former off-road motorcycle must pass the separate equipment inspection before it can receive road registration.

  4. 4. Register the correct vehicle class

    Register the motorcycle and obtain its Washington plate and annual tabs through a vehicle licensing office. Maintain the required liability insurance whenever it is operated on Washington roads.
